Job summary

As a B2B Sales Manager at Arbonics, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new business customers for our forest carbon removal and sustainability solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building strategic relationships with medium to large businesses in Estonia.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential business customers who could benefit from Arbonics' forest carbon removal and sustainability solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target companies.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product to ensure alignment and maximise customer value.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Arbonics' solutions and generate leads.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry or landowner/environmental/sustainability sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and acquiring new business customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Proficiency in English & Estonian

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
  • Knowledge of forest carbon removal and sustainability solutions, or willingness to learn and develop expertise in the field.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
