Job Description

We are currently looking for a Visual Merchandiser Back up joining our store in Tallinn, Estonia, who are motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core.

As Visual Merchandiser Back up you motivate and lead the team to increase the department sales while supporting the management team to deliver the best experience for customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience that contributes to increasing the sales and profit goals in your store.
  • You are responsible for inspiring our customers by promoting campaigns, offers and activities plans.
  • You implement guidelines correctly and finish on time through planning and routines.
  • You support the VM team to build a great team, by leading by example and also ensuring that all colleagues deliver great customer experience and that they follow our store routines, policies and guidelines.
  • You follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all our colleagues and customers.


What you need to succeed:

  • As a person, you have a positive attitude, you are guided by our values in your everyday work and you are aware of how actions might influence others.
  • You are team oriented: You make the team your priority and take the necessary steps to have a well-functioning team.
  • You communicate with warmth in an inspiring and inclusive way to influence, empower and motivate your colleagues.
  • You have a big interest in fashion and styling.
  • Note: Good local language skills is a requirement. Estonian B1 level is mandatory.

This is a part-time position offering 30 hours a week, starting in August 2024.
