We are looking for an experienced Visual Designer who is passionate about user-centric design. You must be highly experienced using UX processes to create data driven design solutions. You will be responsible for all aspects of the design process, including workshops, ideation, user testing and UX/UI deliverables. You will be working alongside Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Engineering and Social Media teams and other designers to create truly engaging experiences for our users.

  • Design ads, marketing campaigns, and social media posts to attract and retain customers for both lending and investment product,  including giving support for producing long-form video content. 
  • Design both static and animated visual assets (including video form) for use in traditional and digital campaigns.
  • Understand our customers deeply by participating in research, analyzing data, and learning from feedback to solve their problems effectively.
  • Create visual concepts and designs for e-mail campaigns to engage customers.
  • Work alongside product managers andthe design team to develop prototypes as well as user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designs.
  • Play an integral role within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with project goals and seamless collaboration.
  • Make thoughtful design choices to improve user experience and increase marketing effectiveness
  • The bulk of your time will go into designing for best conversion rates and retention campaigns for both lending and investment products.
  • Create and help to update In-house corporate templates for slide decks, merch, documents. 


  • Experiences in leading the design of world-class product launches in a fast-growing company before. Preferably in financial services, Fintech
  • Passion about inclusive design and accessibility – you’ll design with all our users in mind.
  • Attention to detail in terms of UI design. But you are also comfortable zooming out, seeing the broader picture and connecting the dots to create a cohesive overall experience.
  • Experiences in creating detailed wireframes, storyboards and user flows to effectively communicate ideas. Good presentation skills and ability to proof own ideas.
  • Hands on designing capabilities in Figma, from wire-framing to detailed UI polish
  • Experience in creating and using design systems and component libraries.
  • Strong ownership of projects
  • Illustration skills are preferable
  • Videography skills will be good addition as we have in-house gear to work with
